A graduate of
the University of Economics and the University of Physical Education in Poznań. President of the Board of SportWin. Co-founder and President of the Association of PASS Soccer Schools and Academies. Within the PR9 Group, he manages a network of football academies: Reiss Football Academy, Stal Gorzów and Falubaz in over 100 locations.
Initiator and organizer of industry events SPORTBIZ Forum and Sport and Business Gala. Lecturer at Poznań University of Physical Education and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He creates sports and tourism development strategies for local authorities. He advises companies on sponsorship strategies.
He was in charge of marketing development of KKS Lech Poznań for 7 years. Co-creator of the strategy for the development of Lower Silesia Province in the area of "Promotion of Lower Silesia through sports" and the strategy for development of sports and tourism for the city of Gorzów Wlkp. He collaborated on training projects: "National Programme for the Training of Sports Personnel", "European Sports Academy", "Sportsmen on the Labour Market". He served as Vice President for educational offer and promotion at the University of Management and Coaching in Wrocław.
Author of articles, editor and publisher of 12 books on marketing and management in sport and the industry report "Sports Sponsorship in Poland". He completed internships in the following clubs: FC Barcelona, Eintracht Frankfurt and Hamburger SV.
