All her life connected with sport, in the role of basketball player, coach, educator, teacher, supporter. Since 2007, she has been working at the Technical University (Politechnika) of Łódź, where she earned a degree in social sciences in management and quality sciences, thanks to research on knowledge exchange in sports organisations. At the University Ewa is responsible for academic sports: the education of students in the field of physical education (director of the sports centre) and the operation and development of the KU AZS PL (v. president). She also heads the Sports Department, which is responsible for the organisation and implementation of the European University Games Lodz 2022.
