Born in Munich, Benjamin Steen studied media management and sports marketing.

He has now been working at Säbener Straße in Munich for 16 years. Since 2010, he has been responsible for the marketing and development of digital topics and, since 2014, has also been responsible for customer care, CRM, digital licensing, media cooperations and the digitalisation of the Allianz Arena at the German record champion.
